BGCM is a dynamic construction management consultancy headed up by Mr. Brian Gorman, previous M.D. of one of Ireland’s top ten contracting firms.

We provide leadership and advice regarding the various stages of construction delivery to private clients, developers, main contracting and sub-contracting firms.

Our Services

Project Management

Our experienced PM team will assist in project delivery from initial concept design to completion. Value for money and waste elimination at all stages are our core principles.

Strategic Management Planning

We will implement a process through which business leaders can map out their vision for their growth and how they will achieve it. This process will dictate decisions, goals, and achieve growth. The S.M.P. will be adopted and updated as the company expands and grows.

Bid Management

With over 30 years of tendering success, we assist main contractors at the tender stage with tender preparation, supply chain selection, tender review, and guidance on tender submissions. Where applicable, we also perform quality submission reviews and identify areas for improvement.

Contractor Assistance-onsite/offsite

We provide advice and assistance to main contractors and subcontractors regarding the delivery and completion of live projects.

We will assist with contract administration, procurement, programme management, performing site progress audits, and preparing mitigation plans where necessary to ensure delivery on time.

Dispute Resolution-Final accounts

We intervene as an intermediary for main contractors and subcontractors and adopt a non-adversarial approach. Our reputation for settling accounts is well known, thus avoiding unnecessary legal costs.
